BEFORE & AFTER Eye-liner care

Before

• No excessive alcohol or caffeine consumption 24hrs before procedure.

• Avoid blood thinning medication (Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen, fish oil) for 24hrs before procedure.

• Eyelash Extension should be removed 3 days prior to procedure.

• No eyelash perm or tinting at least 3 days prior.

• No botox around eye area 2 weeks prior.

• Do not wear eye makeup on the day of appointment.

• If you wear contact lenses, please wear glasses on the day of your appointment.

• Please Note: you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

After

• Healing time: 3 days

  • Your eyes may or may not be swollen depending on your skin type.

  • Do not touch them and let it air dry.

  • Apply ointment 2x a day; when you wake up and before going to sleep.

  • If eyes get dirty or teary, splash eyes with water and pat dry with a clean tissue, then apply ointment.

• Scabbing / Swelling

  • Some may form scabs and some may not. As the skin heals, scabs will fall off in random pieces and might look patchy.

  • Avoid pulling off the scabs that are dried - the pigment may also come off.

  • Usually swelling occurs within the first 48 hrs.

  • To relieve swelling, you can ice the area with soft gel ice packs.
